Payroll Vault has served our needs for several years and we have only had excellent service! Each staff member has been amazing and each service provided is top notch, not to mention their rates are extremely reasonable. We appreciate all they do and we look forward to continuing our services with Payroll Vault.

Two years ago, the company that I am the VP Finance for, made a decision to have Payroll Vault process our payrolls. Another service (one of the largest in the world) had been doing the payrolls for years. The other service was incredibly hard to work with, too big for our modestly sized company of 7 employees. Call backs were next to impossible, questions that required any level of tax expertise had to have a work order created and then if it was involved at all, had to be escalated to the "next level". All of this took time and delays. Well, Tommy Field, Manager of Payroll Vault in Virginia Beach is a dream come true! He is incredibly responsive (usually within minutes by voice or if not an email), tremendously knowledgeable, and the most polite person that I know. The decision to switch our services to Payroll Vault was the right decision for our company. I have analyzed doing accounting and payroll in-house and have concluded that paying the cost of outsourcing to Payroll Vault saves substantial dollars and gives comfort that all changes in laws and regulations relating to payroll are handled properly. I sleep good at night because we use Payroll Vault. Thank you, Tommy!
